have to walk
this alone
Grieving Gracefully exists because we know the heartache of loss firsthand. .
This community exists to reassure anyone that:
-
There’s no timeline for grief.
-
There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to grieve.
-
You deserve a safe space to show up just as you are.

About
Grief can feel like both a burden and an anchor, keeping you tied to pain you never asked for. But it can also become a place where transformation begins.
Hi there! My name is Kelly Sammon.
I started Grieving Gracefully because I know the heartache of loss firsthand. Losing my father to cancer and then my mother suddenly just days before Christmas showed me how unpredictable and overwhelming grief can be. I also learned how healing it can feel to have others walk with you through it.
That’s why this community exists — to give you the reassurance that:
-
There’s no timeline for grief.
-
There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to grieve.
-
You deserve a safe space to show up just as you are.
